Serious health & safety failure!

On a recent project installation one of our partners arrived on site to find this! This is not adequate edge protection and provides a serious danger to all who have to work on the roof.

This is one of the best examples of the worst edge protection that we have witnessed on site in 25 years. A busy high street in the capital below and the client being a HUGE chain in the UK, presenting serious risks to workers and the public below.
